We had the pleasure of joining the Mayor of Kingston upon Thames and a range of like-minded local businesses to celebrate Living Wage Week, an inspiring initiative that recognises organisations committed to fair pay, dignity, and stronger communities.

The event brought together employers who share a common vision: building a borough where people are valued not only for the work they do, but for the lives they lead. As a company grounded in sustainability, community empowerment, and long-term positive impact, we believe that fair pay and ethical employment are fundamental to building a better tomorrow.

Being part of this year’s Living Wage Week celebrations reinforced our belief that meaningful change happens when organisations collaborate. We were encouraged to hear the Mayor’s commitment to supporting Kingston’s business community and strengthening pathways for local talent. It was equally inspiring to stand alongside fellow businesses who, like us, are taking steps to raise standards for workers and contribute to a more resilient local economy.

Looking ahead, we are excited to work more closely with Kingston Council and the Kingston Chamber of Commerce to support shared goals across sustainability, skills development, and community engagement.
